Great article Nate. Keep it up. I have found as an "older" creative person, making the gradual switch to working more in the digital space is something like being a lobster in a pot. You don't notice the change happening until it it is too late and the water is boiling.
I know lots of colleagues who are trying to build websites as if they were building ads and it can be a real struggle to see it differently. You have to shift your aproach quite dramatically. If you can stay energized and excited you can adapt. There is so much to learn and that's part of the fun. I guess I would say that no matter where you are in your career, either just starting, or getting long in the tooth, you should always be ready and eager to learn. Open mind, Thick skin.
